Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist whenever possible.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
